For those who haven’t heard yet, I will not be returning to the hilltop this upcoming season. This was a very difficult decision for me to make, and that shows how special USF has been to me, because I haven’t had trouble leaving places in the past. The four years I spent at USF, were the most I’ve spent at one place in my life. When I came here I was looking for the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve my academic and athletic aspirations. At USF, I found that and so much more. I found a family and a home. The relationships I’ve cultivated and the memories that I’ve made, will stay with me for the rest of my life. I appreciate everything the university has done for me, and the love and support I have received from all of the student body, administration, teammates and especially the fans. It has been an incredible experience, and I will miss everyone greatly, but this is where I have to go off and try something new. I will not be wearing a USF jersey next season, but USF will always be a part of me and I truly mean that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Nothing but love, Charles Minlend Jr. A post shared by Charles Minlend Jr. (@charlesminlend) on Apr 4, 2020 at 10:20pm PDT AdvertisementShare this:Click to print (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Like this:Like Loading...
